Sorry to blurt this out to you guys, I’m just so happy that I want to share this to all! This is the first ever dish that I cook in my whole life…ever. Hahaha! What a pity! 🙂 I thought that kitchen and I don’t mix at all. But realization hit me! This is so not true! I can cook! I can cook! Well, my mom was helping me, telling me mostly what to do, but I did it all. Actually, I was kind of afraid to do it. I thought mostly of it will go to our house dog, Piso. Hehehe.
By the way, I cook last Monday, for him. He requested this dish. Nga naman, nagagawa ng pag-ibig. 🙂 I don’t know what to call it. It’s kinda menudo style but no. It’s kinda ginisa but no. So I don’t know. 🙂 Can we call it pacham? As in pachamba lang ang luto? Hihihi. It’s not so delicous, but at least it’s edible, right? Loko talaga nun, he told me that pwede na daw pang resto…kaso magsasara after one week. hahaha. He’s cute! 🙂
– Pork Giniling
– Green Peas
– Tomato Sauce
– Liver Spread
This is how I did it:
Sautè garlic and onion til medium gold brown. Added the Pork Giniling, tomato sauce and liver spread. Mixed well and evenly. Add some water. Checked if pork was tender, then add raisins and green peas. Whoala!
I’ll try to cook another one next week. I want something different and delicous but not so hard to cook! Hmmm…
